// The Process

What happens
to your clothes?

01

Collected

Collected from our 23 drop-off bins across Singapore, sealed and transported to our sorting hub. No clothing touches landfill at this stage.

02

Processed

Trained sorters assess every item. Wearable clothes are baled for second-hand retail or donated via our NEA-approved network.

03

Downcycled

Torn, stained, or worn items are shredded into industrial wiping rags and sold to factories across Singapore as a circular product.

// Preparation Tips

Before you drop off.

A few simple steps help us process your donation faster and ensure more items can be reused.

01
Clean & Dry

Wash clothes and dry them completely. Mouldy or wet donations cannot be accepted and contaminate other items.

02
Bag It Up

Place items in a clean bag (reusable or plastic). This keeps donations clean and makes collection easier for our team.

03
Pair Your Shoes

Tie shoes together or place each pair in a small bag. Unpaired shoes cannot be matched and are harder to donate.

04
When in Doubt

If you're unsure, bring it to us anyway. Our team will sort it. The worst outcome is we downcycle it responsibly.
